Return and Exchange Policy

Return Process: To initiate a return for an item purchased online, please contact us at info@ahzuri.com within 14 days of your purchase. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility Criteria: In order to qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner (if applicable), and all vendor tags attached.
  • Products returned with damage, signs of use or wear, scuffs or markings, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our return policy requirements and will not be accepted.
  • Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as originally sold.
  • Products marked as 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
  • Ensure that items are returned inside protective packaging, such as the polybag or box it was originally shipped in, to ensure they remain safe during transit back to us.

Return Fees: Please note the following return fees:

  • A 2% restocking fee is charged for all returns.

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, please return your merchandise as soon as possible. Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method, or to store credit. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

Store Credit Details:

  • We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only.
  • Store credit cannot be converted back into a cash/card refund.
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit is provided in the currency of the original purchase.

Processing Time: We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them.

Faulty Items: While we conduct thorough inspections before shipping, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@ahzuri.com. We stand behind the quality of our products and will work promptly to resolve the issue. Please note that refunds for faulty items cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.

Orders received before 2pm CST are processed the same day and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed the following day and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Yes, all orders within the U.S. over $50+ qualify for free shipping. For orders under $50, there is a flat shipping rate of $4.99. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
